his study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation And Work
Discipline Against Performance Of Employees Livestock And Fishery Office. Analyzer used is
multiple linear regression. Techniques in sampling in this study was done by sampling
technique saturated with respondents as much as 36 respondents Employees of Livestock And
Fishery Office. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature. The result of this
research is leadership style has significant effect on performance with t count> t table (3,572>
2,03011). Work motivation significantly influence the performance with t count> t table
(2,639> 2,03011). Work discipline has a significant effect on performance with t count> t table
(3.823> 2.03011). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style,
work motivation and work discipline on performance at the Livestock And Fishery Office of
Sungai Penuh City that can be proved by F arithmetic> F table (12,116> 2,89). The influence
of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on performance at Employee Livestock
And Fishery Office of Sungai Penuh City is 52,4%, while the rest 47,6% is explained by other
cause factors not examined in this research.
